Southwest Pediatric Dental is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and patient-focused General Dentist Limited to Pediatrics to join our growing team in St. John, Indiana and Orland Park, Illinois. This full-time opportunity offers a consistent five-day work week, an established patient base, and the opportunity to provide exceptional dental care in a practice dedicated exclusively to children.

Our team provides comprehensive pediatric dental care in a welcoming, child-friendly environment while utilizing evidence-based behavior management techniques and collaborating closely with parents to ensure the highest quality care. The practice offers preventive, restorative, and sedation services and welcomes PPO, HMO, and Medicaid patients.

• Provide comprehensive general dental care for pediatric patients
• Perform preventive, restorative, and emergency dental procedures
• Diagnose dental conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventive care
• Utilize age-appropriate behavior guidance techniques to create positive patient experiences
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to deliver exceptional patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Uphold the highest standards of patient safety, ethics, and quality care

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active dental license (or ability to obtain licensure) in Indiana and/or Illinois
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience treating pediatric patients is strongly preferred
• Passion for providing exceptional care to children and creating positive dental experiences
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate care
