Chase - 13211 LaGrange Road Trail - Responsibilities:
Greet clients entering the branch and manage lobby flow using a tablet, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling meetings;
Provide account servicing and maintenance, and assist in opening new accounts while complying with all policies and regulations;
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs;
Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients meet financial goals, in collaboration with branch team;
Assist with branch operations, including handling cash devices such as the cash vault or ATMs in accordance with bank procedures
