• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist (Illinois license required)
• Hands‑on experience with lash extensions (classic required; hybrid/volume a plus)
• Strong application skills with attention to detail and timing
• Comfortable performing additional services such as waxing, tinting and lash safe facials
• Excellent Communication And Client Retention Skills
• Reliable, professional, and team‑focused
• A positive attitude and passion for helping clients look and feel their best
• Flexible availability, including evenings (200 PM-830 PM) and weekends
