The Center for Sleep Medicine is a 100% employee-owned, AASM-accredited practice providing comprehensive sleep care. We are seeking a Manager of Sleep Lab and DME Operations who is a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or a Respiratory Therapist (RT) to oversee both day and night techs, ensuring that all sleep labs operate efficiently. This role is critical in training new techs and guiding them to become RPSGTs.
The manager also serves as a clinical and operational leader, supporting staff and patients across multiple locations.

- Lead day and night techs across multiple sleep labs
- Train new techs to become Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (RPSGTs)
- Oversee DME operations and ensure high-quality patient care
- Travel to all locations to support and mentor staff

- Leadership and supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of sleep lab operations and DME
- Travel to all locations required
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Supervise techs and manage daily/nightly sleep lab operations
- Develop and implement tech training programs
- Provide hands-on support and mentorship across locations
- Perform RPSGT duties as needed
- Educate patients on sleep disorders and PAP/DME equipment
- Ensure staff maintain certifications and CEUs
- Manage inventory, supply orders, and operational tasks.

This pay range reflects the Company’s current estimate for this position at the time of posting.
