Experienced Phlebotomist/ Med Techs with 1 Years Experience!

• Pay per completed assignment. ($22-35).
• Pay biweekly.
• Position Part Time with Flexible Hours Available.
• Position Independent Contract. 1099. (PT).
• Willing to travel in the City of Chicago and all Metropolitan Suburbs.
• Who is self-motivated and likes to work independently.

• Conduct Mobile Phlebotomy professionally and on time.
• Follow Safety and established procedures per Health Guidelines.
• Collect and document Medical History and vitals.
• Obtain blood and urine samples.
• Perform EKG as needed.
• Label, centrifuge, and complete all paperwork accurately.
• Upload All completed documents in the Exam One Portal.
• Package and ship all paperwork and specimens to the lab.
• Provide Daily Case Status.

• The candidate must have excellent blood drawing skills and 1 year of experience.
• Detail-oriented with strong medical terminology to gather medical history and physical measurements.
• Must have your stethoscope, blood pressure cuff, scale, and tape measure.
• Must have high-speed internet access with a printer/scanner to print, scan, and upload completed documents.
• Must have a reliable car and auto insurance.
• Must pass Background Check and Urine Marijuana Drug screen.
