As a Caregiver, you will deliver compassionate personal care and homemaking services in accordance with each client’s individualized Plan of Care. Working under the guidance of the Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in promoting safety, comfort, and overall well‑being. • High School Diploma or GED (Required)

• At least one (1) year of experience in home care, long‑term care, or a similar healthcare setting
• A compassionate, dependable, and patient‑centered mindset
• Strong communication and observation skills

• Perform light housekeeping (bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas)
• Assist with laundry, dishes, and general tidying
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and organized living space

• Assist with hygiene, grooming, dressing, shaving, and transfers
• Support mobility, ambulation, and prescribed exercise routines
• Help with eating and other daily living activities

• Prepare and serve balanced meals
• Assist with feeding when needed
• Ensure dietary needs are followed according to the care plan

• Observe and report changes in physical or emotional condition
• Document personal care activities, vital signs, and intake/output as required
• Communicate important updates to the Staffing Coordinator

• Assist with walkers, wheelchairs, and hoyer lifts
• Encourage participation in range‑of‑motion and prescribed exercises
• Support family members in safe caregiving practices

• Assist with self‑administered medications
• Retrieve medications, read labels, and support proper intake
• Document medication assistance and ensure proper storage

• Follow CDC hand hygiene and infection control guidelines
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and training standards

• Flexible shifts available 24/7 based on client needs and your availability
• Hours vary by assignment
• While we strive to provide consistent scheduling, a fixed number of hours cannot be guaranteed
