The Orland Park Public Library is seeking an Information Technology Assistant II to deliver exceptional tech support to staff and patrons. You will train users, guide on library devices and services, and provide limited support for patron-owned equipment.
The role includes staffing the help desk and supervising as Person-in-Charge ponsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software/AV, developing tech programs, and ensuring smooth operation of the Tech Center.
