We are seeking an enterprise Lead Data Specialist / Inventory Lead to control the master transition inventory and reconciliation functions for the Chameleon Telecommunications Services Support Team (TSST) in support of the DITCO Transition Program Management Office (PMO). This critical position holds direct operational accountability for directing the verification of complex Government telecommunications registries against multiple large, disparate data sets. The ideal candidate must possess an extensive professional chronology demonstrating 5+ years of IT experience.

This timeline should showcase strong leadership across data-quality rule development, cross-system discrepancy resolution, master-database administration, and the generation of high-level analytical inventory summaries within highly secured federal parameters.

This expert will ensure data integrity across millions of global site records, monitoring metrics like service quantities, usage variables, billed amounts, and customer contact data to enable error-free migrations to the GSA Enterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) contract and Commercial Voice Services (CVS) vehicles.

• Resume must explicitly reflect a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related technical/scientific discipline alongside 5+ years of total IT experience.
• Must possess a verified, active or interim Tier 1 (T1/NACI) adjudication visible within DISS at contract start.
• Must be fully available to direct daily data tracking operations and attend Government meetings scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST), Monday through Friday, with a flexible posture to support data pushes during critical transition deadlines.
• Must sign a formal Letter of Intent (LOI) authorizing submission of their credentials for this specific DISA/DITCO contract opportunity at the designated target rate.

• Control the master transition inventory database, ensuring data tracking structures remain up to date, accessible, and optimized for daily reporting.
• Direct the systematic validation of GSA's Transition Inventory against multiple authoritative DoD network registries to maintain exact tracking records throughout the transition lifecycle.
