Warehouse Manager – eCommerce Fulfillment On-site in Orland Park, IL Compensation: $75,000 to $90,000 + bonus About The Company

A fast-growing, eCommerce-driven consumer products company is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead operations at its local distribution facility. The organization operates in a highly collaborative, hands-on environment with leadership actively engaged onsite. The Warehouse Manager will oversee outbound fulfillment and day-to-day warehouse operations in a small to mid-sized facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can implement structured processes while maintaining agility, accountability, and a strong people-first culture. The right candidate will bring an ownership mindset, lead with integrity, and build strong relationships across the team while driving performance and continuous improvement.

• Lead daily outbound fulfillment operations, ensuring accurate and on-time order processing
• Manage and coach a small team of warehouse associates and a team lead
• Establish and track KPIs, performance metrics, and productivity standards
• Utilize warehouse management systems to drive efficiency and inventory accuracy
• Maintain safety, compliance, and operational best practices
• Partner closely with leadership to improve workflows, scalability, and overall performance
• Identify and implement process improvements to support growth and customer satisfaction

• Experience in warehouse or distribution operations, ideally in an eCommerce or consumer goods environment
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Demonstrated success managing KPIs and driving team performance
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety and compliance standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
