To be considered, applicants must hold an unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.

As an LPN, you are a backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work ensures residents receive the high standard of care they expect at Warren Barr Orland Park by administering medication and nursing care as directed by each resident’s care plan, conducting resident assessments, serving as a team leader, and advocating for residents. Your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail are essential to maintaining resident comfort and safety.
