We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide home healthcare services to adult patients in various Illinois locations.
Key responsibilitiesutilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, initiating and adjusting care plans as needed, administering medications and treatments, responding to patient condition changes, and coordinating care and discharge planning.
Qualificationsrequire a current RN or LPN license for the state, a valid health certificate
