Overview
Premier Veterinary Group – Orland Park is seeking veterinarians passionate about emergency medicine for a 6-9 month training and mentorship program. We are looking for individuals who are team oriented, driven, reflective, and reliable.
The ER Immerse Training Program will prepare veterinarians for a sustainable and satisfying career in emergency medicine. It emphasizes core competencies, client and team communication, professional skills, and life/work integration, with a hybrid training approach that includes simulation-based didactics and live-patient experiences.

- 5-day work week: 4 clinical days, 1 didactic day, and 2 days off each week
- Rotation with other specialty services during training:
Emergency, Critical Care, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Anesthesia, Radiology and Neurology - Always work with a dedicated mentor on shifts
- Daily rounds and competency-based curriculum
- Asynchronous learning on Vetbloom and weekly live virtual didactic rounds
- Regular live continuing education events led by specialists and experienced emergency doctors
- Work alongside talented Emergency Veterinarians
