Production, Donation Attendant, Sales Floor Associate, and Cashier positions are described below.

• Production: price donations that are sold on the sales floor, aiming to maximize the amount of money that supports the mission. Maintain an efficient flow of donations to support a smooth customer service experience on the sales floor.
• Donation Attendant: greet and thank donors, carefully accept donations, sort donations to help keep the production area organized, and deliver excellent customer service to donors and team members.
• Sales Floor Associate: organize the sales floor, assist customers, provide outstanding customer service, answer questions about Goodwill and donations, and help create a pleasant shopping experience.
• Cashier: build relationships with customers, accurately process sales transactions, and communicate how purchases support job opportunities for others, while delivering customer service excellence.

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience is preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of the shift with a customer service mindset
• Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards when interacting with donors

Placement within the salary range takes into account education, experience, internal equity, market demands, and other qualifying criteria. It is not typical to be hired at or near the top of the range, and compensation decisions depend on facts and circumstances of each case.
