Job Summary

Location:

Orland Park, IL. Engage customers in a retail store, demonstrate and explain Comcast/Xfinity products, meet sales targets, manage customer accounts, and offer exceptional service.

• Engage and greet customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate product features, answer product questions, and provide expert advice.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with account statements, bill payments, service changes, upgrades, and general service requests.
• Maintain accurate sales records, product knowledge, and competitive information.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a professional store environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Physical ability to carry or lift up to 25 pounds and move around the store.

Base Pay: $17.05 per hour.
Target Total Compensation (Base Pay + Commission): $24.74 per hour.

Education:

Work Experience:
