C. Penney - - Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales:
Greet and assist customers, promote products and services, resolve issues with strong service delivery.;
Enterprise Fulfillment:
Monitor fulfillment systems, pick and pack orders, complete Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities.; Operations:
Research order shortages/overages, complete shipment check-in, stock area maintenance, process deliveries and returns at the register.;
General Operations:
Replenish store inventories, participate in annual inventory process.;
Performance Standards:
Meet standards for shrink, safety, Omnichannel metrics, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
