This leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider is seeking a driven Account Executive to help businesses improve shipping efficiency and reduce transportation costs. The role is ideal for a competitive, customer-focused sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a strong book of business while earning uncapped commissions. You’ll join a growing team selling a high-impact solution that delivers real value to customers.
Client has multiple openings in Orland Park, IL;
South Bend, IN;
Phoenix, AZ; and Los Angeles, CA
- Present logistics and shipping solutions to business owners and executive-level decision-makers
- Identify customer challenges and deliver solution-based proposals supported by cost-benefit analysis
- Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, closing, onboarding, and training
- Partner with operations and account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts while meeting monthly sales targets
- Leverage proprietary technology and strategic carrier partnerships to deliver customized solutions
- Sales experience or sales internship preferred, but not required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
- Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills
- Coachable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Competitive mindset with a team-oriented approach
