Account Executive

This leading third-party logistics (3PL) provider is seeking a driven Account Executive to help businesses improve shipping efficiency and reduce transportation costs. The role is ideal for a competitive, customer-focused sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a strong book of business while earning uncapped commissions. You’ll join a growing team selling a high-impact solution that delivers real value to customers.

Client has multiple openings in Orland Park, IL;
South Bend, IN;
Phoenix, AZ; and Los Angeles, CA

• Present logistics and shipping solutions to business owners and executive-level decision-makers
• Identify customer challenges and deliver solution-based proposals supported by cost-benefit analysis
• Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, closing, onboarding, and training
• Partner with operations and account management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts while meeting monthly sales targets
• Leverage proprietary technology and strategic carrier partnerships to deliver customized solutions

• Sales experience or sales internship preferred, but not required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required
• Strong negotiation, communication, and objection-handling skills
• Coachable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Competitive mindset with a team-oriented approach
