Are you a natural "connector" who thrives on building partnerships and hitting targets? This isn’t a desk job. You will be out in the field, owning your territory, and controlling your income through performance. If you are motivated by measurable results and the autonomy to build your own pipeline, this role is for you.

• Community Partnership: Build and nurture high‐value relationships with senior living communities, park districts, libraries, churches or physician offices.
• Event Strategy: Secure and host 4–5 engaging community events per week (Lunch & Learns, health talks, etc.) to educate the public on non‐surgical relief.
• Growth Engine: Own your pipeline from the first handshake to the first consultation. Your goal is to generate 3–5 qualified leads per event and drive treatment conversions.
• Performance Tracking: Manage your "business within a business" by tracking weekly KPIs, conversion rates, and outreach activity to ensure consistent growth.

• The Drive: 2+ years of success in outreach, sales, business development, or healthcare marketing.
• The Voice: Presentation skills and the ability to command a room.
• The Hustle: You are self‐motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• The Heart: A genuine desire to help patients find alternatives to invasive surgery.

• Competitive Pay: $55K Base Salary +
