MPDV USA Inc is seeking an Account Manager - Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with a focus on the North American continent, based in the Greater Chicago Area. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of our cutting-edge MES solutions across North America. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, identifying their needs, and positioning our products to address those needs effectively.
Responsibilities- Drive Revenue Growth: Execute strategic sales plans to consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Business Development: Proactively identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities in the manufacturing sector.
- Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives, ensuring long-term customer success.
- Solution Selling: Partner with prospects to understand their business challenges and tailor MES software solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the sales process end-to-end, including prospecting, solution presentations, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Product & Market Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of our MES solutions, competitors, and emerging trends in manufacturing technology.
- Collaboration: Work on technical implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional customer experience.

- Eligibility:
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder. - Bonus
Skills:
Fluency in a second language such as Spanish, German, French, or Portuguese is a plus.

Disclaimer:
The salary range for this position is $90,000 per year + uncapped commission.
