Observe store activities to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity and collect investigative evidence;
Document apprehensions and maintain records of witness statements and recovered merchandise;
Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft;
Report suspected fraud and policy violations to Asset Protection and store leadership;
Assist with incident investigations and safety improvements to reduce hazards and support emergency responses
