• Execute high-quality residential and commercial painting projects in accordance with company standards.
• Prepare, prime, and paint a variety of interior and exterior surfaces with precision.
• Install wallpaper and specialty wall coverings to meet diverse client design specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site to ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with clients on-site.
• Utilize provided professional equipment and uniforms to represent the company brand professionally.

• 2+ years of professional painting experience.
• Proven experience executing residential painting projects.
• Demonstrated experience with wallpaper removal techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently at various skill levels.

• Prior experience working on commercial painting contracts.
• Completion of trade-specific manufacturer training or industry certifications.
• Strong communication skills to assist with client-facing project details.
• Demonstrated experience with wallpaper installation techniques.

• Bi-weekly pay cycle with robust commission structures and performance-based bonus opportunities.
