LiveBH is seeking a Service Technician I based in Orland Park, Illinois, to ensure all repairs and maintenance uphold company standards. The ideal candidate will manage maintenance requests and assist in maintaining the safety and security of the property.
This full-time position requires familiarity with HVAC systems, a basic understanding of maintenance tasks, and the ability to coordinate with team members to address on-call responsibilities. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with the provision of personal hand tools.
