Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $44.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday – 8‑hour shifts with overtime available. Day shifts; some projects may require evening shift. (Weekends as needed scheduled with notice)

• Planning & Administration – Plans, assigns, and schedules pipe‑fitting jobs based on priorities and the availability of resources
• Equipment & Materials – Orders materials, equipment, and supplies and coordinates (inspects, counts, & stores) site deliveries
• Field Supervision – Ensures the training and performance of staff in work and safety procedures and provides ongoing evaluations
• Job Site Presence – Ensures there is always a supervisory presence to oversee and assume responsibility for all work activities and attend all job site meetings
• Project Manager Collaboration – Ensures clear, constant, and consistent communication takes place between the field and office

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the sheet metal trade
• Ability to read and interpret contract drawings and shop drawings
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and submittals
• Ability to lay out and create simple drawings
• Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license
