Daytime Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Daytime Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of our center during operating hours. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, welcoming, and hygienic environment for members and staff.

• Clean and sanitize gym equipment, machines, and free weights regularly throughout the shift
• Maintain cleanliness of locker rooms, restrooms, showers, and sinks
• Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and sanitizing wipes
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all common areas including workout floors, offices, and hallways
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly
• Clean mirrors, windows, and glass surfaces
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to management
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Provide friendly and professional interactions with members when needed

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds
• Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
• Reliable and punctual
• Must be able to speak English

• Daytime shift (typically between 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
• May include weekends depending on facility needs
• Active fitness center environment
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals (training and PPE provided)
• Frequent walking, bending, lifting, and standing
