Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform routine and detailed cleaning of offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect assigned spaces
- Remove trash and recycling
- Clean glass, partitions, fixtures, and high‑touch surfaces
- Maintain carpet and hard floor surfaces
- Maintain janitorial equipment and storage areas
- Follow all safety and chemical handling protocols
- Report maintenance issues and hazards
- Maintain professional conduct and adherence to site policies
- Perform additional duties reasonably related to janitorial and facility operations as directed by management
- Evening shifts, typically five-hour assignments
- Must maintain availability for weekend shifts
- Hours are structured below 40 per week
- Overtime requires prior written approval
