Parking Lot Maintenance Worker performs a full range of duties related to parking garage / lot maintenance and minor landscape maintenance and repairs. This position will be primarily working outside and in all weather conditions. This position reports to the Facilities Manager.

These duties are a representative example; position assignments may vary depending on the business needs of the department and organization. This position includes:

• Routine interior and exterior maintenance on parking lots.
• Light maintenance including painting, minor repairs and pressure washing.
• Performs limited landscape maintenance.
• Performs related labor duties such as cleaning, picking up litter and debris, emptying trash, graffiti removal in parking lots.
• May also clear walkways, rake leaves, blow leaves/debris or perform other tasks.
• Performs a variety of minor routine building maintenance tasks; identifies and reports building maintenance needs.
• Adheres to safety practices and standards when performing all duties.
• Scope of assigned area will depend on departmental and is at the discretion of the Supervisor.
• Upholds the values of the organization and has strong customer service orientation.
• Maintain a neat and clean appearance, arrive and remain in complete uniform before and during scheduled shifts.
• Must be honest and truthful in all tasks and responsibilities.
• Performs other related projects and duties as assigned.
• Demonstrates regular, reliable and punctual attendance.

General attraction activities including walking, talking, sitting, standing, typing, lifting and carrying 50 lbs
