** A skilled professional with broad, hands-on experience across multiple building trades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and locksmithing. Someone who can ensure that equipment, building systems, and shared spaces operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining smooth daily operations and creating a positive, well-functioning environment for both team members and guests.

• Perform routine inspections of building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing to verify proper functionality and prevent failures.
• Complete minor equipment repairs and support event setup activities as needed.
• Handle hazardous materials in accordance with SDS requirements and established safety guidelines.
