Cleaning Team Leader Position

We are currently looking for a Cleaning Team Leader.

Location:Orlando, FL 32819 (International Drive)

Schedule:

• Full-time
• 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Includes one weekend day

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Supervise cleaning staff to ensure daily tasks are completed
• Ensure quality control standards are met through regular inspections
• Provide ongoing training to cleaning employees
• Understand contract requirements related to the position
• Maintain supplies and equipment following established procedures
• Perform general maintenance tasks as needed
• Assist with cleaning duties such as restroom cleaning, trash removal, dusting, sweeping, glass cleaning, and restocking supplies

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be punctual, responsible, and able to work independently
• Minimum of 1 year of commercial cleaning and maintenance experience
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license required
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Authorization to work in the United States

• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en limpieza comercial o mantenimiento
• Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en supervisión
• Licencia de conducir válida
• Bilingüe (inglés y español)
• Autorización para trabajar en los Estados Unidos
