• Team Member – Collaborates with teammates to fulfill sales and service requests, educating others on tools, tasks, resources, mentoring new technicians, and maintaining safe, efficient customer service.
• Expert – Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, TPMS, point‑of‑sale systems, and phone and in‑person selling techniques.
• Techie – Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, enhance the service experience, and engage associates using hand‑held technology to make immediate business decisions related to services and new product information.
• Owner – Communicates equipment and supply needs to the TBC lead, tracks returns and special orders, operates cash registers, processes transactions, and maintains accurate inventory, audit, safety, and compliance standards.
• Talent Ambassador – Values the member experience in the TBC area, models high‑quality service and products, and supports training of teammates in a respectful, team‑oriented style.
• Complies with company policies and ethics, sets action plans, and applies them in business processes.
• Prioritizes work assignments, collaborates with managers and coworkers, communicates progress, and recommends improvement opportunities.

• Valid state‑issued driver’s license.
• Age 18 years or older.
• Ready to complete all required training and assessments within the prescribed time period.

• Experience in the auto‑service industry or retail.

Hourly wage: $20.00 to $28.00 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage). Additional premiums may be paid up to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
