Maintenance Painter - Loews Hotels Universal Orlando

Lowes Hotels -  - Responsibilities:
Prepares, mixes, matches, primes, sands, seals, patches and paints furniture, canvas, walls, floors, doors, cabinets, building surfaces and fixtures of all types of painting materials such as varnish, lacquer, shellac, enamel, latex, epoxy, water-proof and heat resistant finishes;
Tapes, flushes, repairs and applies texturing, wallpaper and acoustic layers on a variety of surfaces and adjusts colors when necessary;
Operates, cleans and maintains all painting equipment including brush, roll, sprayers and pumps, etc. Safely stores and labels all material;
Responds to maintenance/complaint/guest requests throughout the hotel and grounds;
Other duties as assigned
