Responsibilities

- Support fulfillment operations by performing inventory counting, receiving, packing, and shipping tasks according to standard operating procedures.

- Unload shipments delivered by carriers, visually inspect packages, and ensure they meet quality standards.

- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, electronic pallet jacks, reach-trucks, and turret-trucks safely and efficiently.

- Document receipts and process work orders using inventory management tools, ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping.

- Properly package, label, and store parts, ensuring compliance with workflow requirements.

- Sort, stage, and secure packages and crates to prevent loss within the workflow.

- Conduct storage audits and ensure parts are stored correctly according to SOP guidelines.

- Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives related to fulfillment processes.

Requirements

- Experience in fulfillment operations, including inventory counting, receiving, and packing (include years and companies).

- Experience with receiving, put-away, picking/kitting, or shipping inventory.

- Willingness to operate forklifts with training.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Fundamental knowledge of heavy equipment operation, safety procedures, and maintenance practices.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.

- Basic computer skills for navigating inventory management systems and data entry.
