Warehouse Pick Up Express – Carrier Enterprise | Orlando. We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse & Forklift Associate for our Tampa location. This role combines warehouse operations, forklift operation, inventory control, and sales counter support to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

• Warehouse & Forklift Operations:
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately and systematically.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery or pickup, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Inventory Management:
  • Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Rotate stock following first‑in, first‑out (FIFO) principles.
  • Assist in replenishing stock and reordering inventory items as needed.
  • Organize and store products to maximize warehouse space and accessibility.
  • Monitor inventory levels and alert management to low stock situations.
• Sales Counter Support:
  • Greet and assist customers at the sales counter with product inquiries, orders, and returns.
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the company’s computerized systems.
  • Prepare invoices, quotes, and purchase orders for customers.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions, maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
  • Answer phone inquiries and address customer needs promptly and professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.
  • Upsell and cross‑sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• General Operations:
  • Stay up‑to‑date on product offerings and HVAC system components.
  • Attend training sessions and product seminars to enhance product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assist colleagues during peak periods or when additional support is required.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC‑related coursework or certification is a plus.
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, forklift operation, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in HVAC or a related field is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computerized inventory and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to [weight limit].
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and operate heavy equipment safely.
