• Completemaintenance and repair work including plumbing, electrical, HVAC,appliance, painting, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
• Preparevacant apartments for new residents through quality turnover maintenance and inspections.
• Perform routine property inspections, proactively identify maintenance concerns,and collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor on solutions.
• Assist with grounds maintenance, seasonal responsibilities, and snow removal asneeded.
• Coordinatevendor work and safely operate tools, power equipment, and maintenancevehicles.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencieswhen scheduled.
