Wingate Management Company is seeking a dependable and hardworking Porter to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of an apartment community in Orlando, FL. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for residents and visitors while ensuring the property remains clean, attractive, and well-maintained.

What You Will Do

• Maintain community grounds by removing litter, changing trash liners, and keeping parking lots, sidewalks, and landscape areas clean and presentable
• Clean and maintain dumpster areas, common areas, breezeways, stairwells, restrooms, and community amenities
• Perform janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing supplies
• Assist with apartment turnover preparation and light maintenance tasks as needed
• Identify and report maintenance concerns to help ensure a safe and attractive community
• Follow company safety standards while providing excellent customer service to residents and guests

What You Will Bring

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of porter, janitorial, groundskeeping, housekeeping, or maintenance experience
• Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
