This role is integral to ensuring seamless operations within the Part 145 maintenance framework, playing a pivotal role in billing accuracy, work order management, and effective coordination with vendors.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and finalize invoices for aircraft maintenance services, ensuring accuracy in billing aspects including labor hours, parts usage, and vendor charges.
  • Audit third‑party vendor invoices for compliance with agreed labor rates and pricing, ensuring all documentation meets FAA Part 145 requirements.
  • Oversee the maintenance billing cycle by generating reports and managing EBIS, the work order management platform.
  • Maintain ownership of work orders and support the maintenance team by monitoring event progress and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Manage maintenance program databases, review warranty coverage, and coordinate vendor interactions for claims and approvals.
Requirements
  • Experience in aviation maintenance administration, billing, MRO operations, or aircraft support.
  • Proficient understanding of aircraft maintenance terminology and billing practices.
  • Familiarity with FAA 14 CFR Part 145 and Part 43 regulations is preferred.
  • Strong skills in reviewing maintenance work orders and vendor documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with aviation maintenance software systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in fast‑paced environments with accuracy and attention to detail.
