Floorcare Technician - Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort Orlando

Master Corp, Inc. seeks a Floorcare Technician to clean and maintain carpet in our hospitality properties. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

The Floorcare Technician is responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpet while meeting quality and timeliness standards, ensuring a safe and inviting environment for guests.

• Inspect all areas prior to cleaning for damage and stains.
• Determine washing method based on carpet condition.
• Vacuum loose dirt and debris; pre‑treat stains according to fiber surface.
• Walk all assigned buildings or floors to ensure readiness for occupancy.
• Report maintenance issues per company procedure.
• Lift and move furniture as needed.
• Properly use and maintain carpet cleaning equipment.
• Store chemicals in approved areas and maintain cleanliness of storage closets.
• Assist in maintaining company‑owned vehicles.
• Create strong, positive customer relations and assist resort guests and owners.

High School Diploma or equivalent. 18 months of full‑time work experience directly related to the role, preferably with stripping/waxing floors and carpet cleaning. Must be trained thoroughly before beginning work and have trainer approval before working alone. Knowledge of chemicals and their use is required.

Requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions. Employees must be able to perform essential functions with reasonable accommodations for disabilities.
