Maintenance Custodian Associate

Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations;
Clean all areas of the Facility including floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles using approved chemicals and equipment;
Maintain a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of materials according to Environmental Sustainability Program;
Maintain appropriate levels of chemicals and supplies and rotate/store properly, placing orders to replenish supplies when low;
Contribute to a positive member experience by ensuring a well-kept facility and first/last impressions.
