Floor Technician – Full Time

Location:

Crothall Healthcare – 2501 North Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32804.

Schedule:

Full‑time, Monday–Friday, rotating weekends. Typical shift: 6:00 pm–2:00 am or 6:00 pm–4:00 am.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.

• Maintains knowledge of hard‑surface floor maintenance principles and uses proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.
• Operates various industrial floor‑care equipment, including automated units for large‑area cleaning.
• Applies proper procedures to carpet and upholstery: shampooing, damp cleaning, extraction, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor‑surface types.
• Completes other duties assigned by management.

• Minimum 3 years of floor‑care experience (floor‑care technician or related role).
• Demonstrated knowledge of floor‑care equipment and techniques.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lb.
