As a Mitigation Laborer, you will be part of the first response team—providing hands‑on help to get homes back to clean, safe, and dry. We are primarily looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, integrity, and a desire to serve others, all while solving problems in physically demanding situations.

What would I be doing?- Assess, document, and communicate the plan to get the home clean, dry, and safe.
- Wear personal protective equipment.
- Remove water and/or damaged materials from the home. Set up drying or dehumidifying equipment.
- Demolish affected areas as needed.
- Clean and prepare the home for repairs.
- Support your team and serve clients with professionalism and care.
- Take ownership of your daily job schedule while remaining flexible to customer needs.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, ensuring they feel cared for and informed.
- Build and maintain relationships with repair subcontractors.
- Assist with additional responsibilities such as purchasing, supplies management, fleet maintenance, equipment care, and inventory.
- Be part of a 24/7 on‑call schedule rotation to serve customers in emergencies.
- Other duties as needed.

- Clients feel cared for and informed throughout the mitigation process.
- Equipment is used and maintained responsibly. Communication is clear and proactive with both team members and clients.

- Relationships with subcontractors and vendors are positive and productive.
- Additional responsibilities (supplies, fleet, equipment, etc.) are managed well and support the success of the team.

- Humble, teachable, and team‑oriented.
- Physically able to lift equipment and perform demolition work.
- Able to provide excellent customer service, even in tough environments.
