Housekeeping Staff

Compensation: $15.00 - $16.00 / hour
DescriptionHousekeeping Staff
- Full time and part‑time positions available in a long‑term care nursing facility.
Shifts:
Day and evening shifts, alternating weekends and holidays.
- Maintain proper cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility.
- Dispose of trash, bi‑hazard waste, and other materials.
- Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
- Process linen for the facility and personal resident clothing.
- Operate commercial washers and dryers.
- Maintain all floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, shampooing, stripping, waxing, and buffing.
- Operate extractor, auto‑scraper, high‑speed buffer, shop vac, side‑to‑side buffer, vacuum, and steam machines.
- Perform other job‑related duties as they may become required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1‑year experience in long‑term care, hospital, or healthcare settings preferred.
