ATM Technician

Our Vantage Technical Services division is seeking a highly motivated and committed individual to learn a new field of transporting cash, trained to maintain ATM machines and provide armored courier service throughout Baltimore, MD and surrounding areas.

Hourly Rate: $24.74

Schedule:

Saturday - Wednesday

• Make on‑site visits to locations on a route assigned by leadership to repair, install and/or load cash in ATM equipment.
• Engage with the customer to ensure high levels of support.
• Replace ATM parts unassisted or with assistance from Technical Support.
• Install, repair or replace ATM signage in customer locations.
• Document activities within the PAI system.
• Guard and protect the assets of the employer.
• Perform other field and service work as business needs present themselves within scope of practice.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Compliance with all local and state firearm laws and possession of any required carry license or permit.
• Carry an approved firearm while performing ATM cash loader duties.
• Clean driving record and a valid Texas driver’s license.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Willingness to work alone.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Working knowledge of PAI Reports.
• Ability to use a mobile device for reporting activity during the day.

The work is performed on the road at different locations. Conditions can be noisy, distracting; constant movement up, down, around the job site area. Ability to bend, reach over head, lift or move up to 250 lbs with assistance from a hand‑dolly is required.

The employee is not responsible for supervising other positions. Combination of education, training, and experience may substitute when competency is demonstrated. Successful performance on pre‑employment tests may be required. A drug test is required before hire and upon any incident.
