Job Overview

Sunshine Cleaning/Pritchard Industries, a leading facility maintenance provider, is hiring a 1st Shift Janitorial Supervisor for Orlando International Airport (MCO).

Responsible for overseeing janitorial operations to ensure facilities are clean, safe, and ready for use by the start of the next business day. Supervises staff, assigns work, ensures quality standards, addresses issues in real time, and serves as primary point of contact during shift hours.

• Supervise, train, and support janitorial staff.
• Assign work tasks and ensure proper staffing coverage.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a must.
• Good organization, scheduling, and time management skills.
• Experience with all aspects of the janitorial field including floor care.
• Ability to train and supervise employees.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Ability to work extended hours and meet physical demands of work.

• Pay Rate: $19.75 per hour.
• First, second, and third shifts available.
