Job Purpose:
The Public Areas Attendant Condo at SUNNY INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT LLC is responsible for ensuring that all public spaces within the condominium are impeccably clean and well-maintained. This role is crucial in providing a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing environment for residents and guests, enhancing their overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain the public spaces of the condominium, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and other common areas.
Ensure all areas are kept in a pristine condition by performing regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
Monitor and replenish supplies in public restrooms and other areas as needed.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
Assist with special cleaning projects or tasks as assigned by management.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests by addressing any inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a cohesive and efficient work environment.
Required
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience:
Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles within a hotel or similar environment.
Familiarity with cleaning equipment and materials used in maintaining public spaces.
Required
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and bending.
Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members professionally.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
