Sr. Maximo Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Facility Assets Coordinator to support enterprise-wide asset management and maintenance operations across a large, complex facilities environment. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert for the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), helping ensure asset data integrity, maintenance planning effectiveness, inventory accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.

This role combines facility asset management, preventive maintenance planning, CMMS administration, reporting, inventory coordination, and end-user support. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with IBM Maximo or similar CMMS platforms and understand how maintenance programs, asset lifecycle management, and facility operations work together to drive reliability and performance. This will be Monday - Friday fully onsite 8 am to 5pm.

• Associate degree in a technical, maintenance, facilities, engineering technology, asset management, or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience supporting facility maintenance operations, asset management, CMMS administration, maintenance planning, inventory management, or related functions.
• Hands‑on experience with IBM Maximo, Maximo Application Suite, or a comparable CMMS/EAM platform.
• Experience managing work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, equipment records, and asset data.
• Strong understanding of maintenance operations, facility systems, and asset lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyze maintenance data and create operational reports for stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and related business applications. IBM Maximo Functional Certification.
• Experience supporting airports, hospitals, universities, utility systems, manufacturing facilities, or other large‑scale infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) best practices.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with GIS systems, Maximo Spatial, ESRI, or geospatial asset mapping tools.
