Job Overview
Booster is seeking an Event Support Team Member to assist Program Leaders and Program Specialists during event days. The role involves setting up and tearing down event equipment, ensuring events run smoothly and are enjoyable for students, staff, and attendees.
Responsibilities- Assist with setting up and tearing down event equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is ready and safe for use by students, staff, and attendees.
- Support event staff throughout the event day.
- Maintain a positive and energetic presence.
- Effective communication skills; confident and enthusiastic engagement with students, parents, and faculty.
- Reliable and willing to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work the entire day on your feet and lift up to 45 lbs.
- Must pass a background check.
- Strong teamwork and positive attitude toward encouraging students and families.
- Competitive compensation of $200–$300 per diem.
