2nd Shift porter ($14.00 Per Hour) 2:15PM - 10:00PM (Janitorial)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Mall Housekeeper who can maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of various areas within our shopping mall. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate in basic English and have a passion for providing excellent customer service while ensuring a safe, clean, and inviting environment for shoppers and visitors.

• Clean and sanitize all areas of the mall, including public spaces, restrooms, corridors, food court, escalators, and other high-traffic areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, and ensure all surfaces are dusted and wiped.
• Empty trash bins and ensure proper waste disposal procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness of the parking areas, ensuring the space is litter-free.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management or maintenance team.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors with inquiries and directing them to facilities as needed.
• Refill supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels in restrooms and public areas.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies are used properly and safely, and report inventory needs.
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning as needed, such as seasonal cleaning or after-events.
• Adhere to all health and safety standards and protocols.

Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a mall, hotel, or similar environment.

Ability to communicate in English.

Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.

Good physical condition and ability to lift cleaning supplies and equipment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
