Address an array of apartment and property maintenance duties including electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance;
Maintain the work order system and ensure timely completion to company standards and resident satisfaction;
Inspect property grounds, buildings, and common-area amenities for safety and cleanliness and identify issues for maintenance/replacement;
Assist with property emergencies such as snow removal and inclement weather, fires, and floods;
Promote safety and risk management in accordance with local, state, and company regulations and participate in after-hours emergency maintenance assignments
