Lunes a viernes, 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Tiempo completo, segundo turno)

Pago: $18.00 por hora

El Técnico de Pisos es responsable de mantener la limpieza del edificio mediante tareas como decapado (stripping), encerado (waxing), pulido (buffing) y limpieza de alfombras. Se requiere atención al detalle y capacidad para seguir instrucciones. Se provee vehículo de la compañía y equipo.

• Operar equipos de limpieza de pisos (máquina scrubber, swing machine, extractor de alfombras, etc.)
• Mantener las áreas de trabajo y equipos en condiciones listas para inspección
• Seguir los horarios de trabajo y limpieza asignados
• Limpiar y guardar el equipo después de cada turno
• Otras tareas según sea necesario

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Full-time, 2nd shift)

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

The Floor Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the building by performing floor care tasks such as stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet extraction. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are essential. A company van and equipment are provided.

• Operate floor care equipment (walk-behind scrubber, swing machine, carpet extractor, etc.)
• Maintain work areas and equipment in inspection-ready condition
• Follow assigned work and cleaning schedules as closely as possible
• Clean and store equipment properly after each shift
• Perform other duties as needed
