Westminster Oaks is seeking a full-time Floor Technician to work 7am-3pm with weekend shifts. The role involves keeping resident apartments and common areas clean, sanitized, and orderly, including carpet and hard floor care.
Responsibilities include mopping, sweeping, waxing (strip, wax & sealer), cleaning equipment after shifts, and reporting repairs to a supervisor. The position may assist in event preparation and linen delivery to the Health Center.
