Full-time; weekends on demand

We are looking for a reliable General Helper to support facilities repair and maintenance operations at our customers' facilities.

Bilingualism is mandatory (English-Spanish). This role assists the maintenance team with day-to-day upkeep, minor repairs, and general facility support tasks. A great opportunity for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and ready to learn.

• Assist maintenance staff with repairs and upkeep of facility equipment and structures
• Perform general maintenance tasks (painting, cleaning, minor repairs, basic carpentry/plumbing/Drywall assistance)
• Move, lift, and organize materials, tools, and supplies
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Respond to maintenance requests as assigned
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Drive between sites or run supply errands as needed

• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, climbing)
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work weekends on demand
• Willingness to learn is a must
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, Forklift, and power tools a plus
