About Lakewood Regional Support Our regional support center provides resources to our hotels for multiple areas including Human Resources, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Security, Group Reservations, Guest Contact Center, Information Technology, Laundry and Communications.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests look and feel their best by providing expert pressing and finishing services with precision and  this role, you’ll handle a variety of fabrics and garments, maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality, and contribute to a seamless laundry operation that reflects our commitment to excellence.

** What You’ll Do**:
* Press and finish guest garments and hotel linens according to established standards.
* Handle delicate fabrics with care, ensuring proper temperature and technique.
* Inspect items for stains, damage, or special instructions before pressing.
* Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with guests or delivering items.
* Ensure timely return of garments to meet guest expectations.
* Operate and maintain pressing equipment safely and efficiently.
* Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pressing area.
* Verify that all items meet hotel standards before delivery.
* Follow proper tagging and tracking procedures to prevent loss or mix-ups.
